How It Works

Complete the form below, or get in touch via WhatsApp, and we'll come back to you as soon as possible with an appraisal of your watch and discuss suitable part-exchange options.
2. Receive your appraisal
We'll provide an estimated valuation for your watch and discuss the timepiece you'd like to acquire. If you're happy to proceed, you can either visit our premises in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, or we can arrange a fully insured next-day shipping label, covering your watch for its full value.
3. Watch inspection
Upon receiving your watch, a thorough inspection will be conducted to verify its condition and authenticity, typically on the same day it arrives.
4. Complete your part-exchange
Once the inspection is complete, we'll confirm the final valuation and apply the agreed amount towards your new watch. Any outstanding balance can then be settled, and your new timepiece will be prepared for collection or delivery.
